Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bunch kale stems removed and chopped
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

DIRECTIONS

  • Take a small bowl and add in the Greek yogurt, Souvlaki Seasoning, lemon juice, and water. Mix well to make a dressing of smooth consistency.
  • Toss the kales with the dressing.
  • Next, top the kales with the onions, cucumber, cranberries, and almonds.
  • Mix well and serve.
