Tuscan Tortellini Salad

Tuscan Tortellini Salad is one of the best homemade salad recipes. It is extremely crispy and a complete eating delight for the entire family.

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package cheese tortellini prepared according to package directions
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cucumber seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 bag Tuscan Skillet Meal Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until completely combined. Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
  • Serve chilled.
