  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 10 cups spring mix
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese


  • Whisk together Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix with mayonnaise, and milk. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  • Arrange salad greens on a platter. Top with eggs, avocado, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese. Drizzle with prepared ranch dressing.
