- 2 teaspoons Fajita Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons natural grapeseed oil
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper julienned
- 1 red bell pepper julienned
- 1/2 red onion julienned
- 1 avocado sliced
- 4 ounces Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
- Add Chipotle Lime Rub, Natural Grapeseed Oil, cilantro, and lime juice and zest. Mix to combine.
- Add black beans to the Chipotle Lime Rub mixture. Toss to coat. Set it aside for approximately 10-15 minutes for flavors to develop.
- Assemble romaine lettuce, peppers, red onion, avocado and marinated black beans to make the salad.
- Dress with prepared Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix.
