Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Asian Ginger Plum Dressing & Marinade
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 12 ounces cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup carrots shredded
  • 2 scallions sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS

  • Add the mayonnaise, Herb & Garlic Dip Mix, Asian Ginger Plum Dressing & Marinade, lime juice, and sesame seeds to a large bowl. Mix to combine.
  • Fold in all the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve on a bun, or on lettuce greens.
