Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

  • Add pork chops, 1 tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil, 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Rub, 1 tablespoon Rosemary Garlic Seasoning to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to a second freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
  • Thaw freezer bag completely before following the recipe. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan with greased foil. Place pork chops along the edges of the prepared sheet pan and spread contents of second freezer bag in the center. Bake for 25-30 minutes until pork is cooked through: 145°F. Serve pork topped with vegetables and pan drippings.
