  • 4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 carrot peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Sweet & Sour Sauce


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides. Add remaining ingredients to the skillet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through: 165 degrees F.
