- 1 bag So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough
- 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices deli ham
- 2 cups sliced roasted red peppers
- 6 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 cups cooked chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Gourmet Sea Salt: Garlic
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Prepare So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough according to package directions using 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil and 1/2 cup warm water.
- Roll out to a 12x14 inch rectangle. Spread mozzarella cheese over the entire dough, leaving a 2-inch edge on one of the shorter sides.
- Top with ham, roasted red peppers, provolone cheese, and broccoli. Starting with the opposite short side, carefully roll dough towards the side with 2-inch edge.
- Tuck dough on sides under the Stromboli, pinching to seal shut. Carefully transfer to the parchment lined sheet pan seam side down.
- Use a knife to cut a few slits along the top of the Stromboli. Brush with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and season with Gourmet Sea Salt: Garlic.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until crust is golden and crisp. Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to serve.
