- 4 (6 ounce) sirloin steak
- 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Rub
- 3 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil divided
- 8 ounces mushrooms quarterd
- 1/4 cup Black Peppercorn Marinade
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season steaks with Montreal Steak Rub. Heat 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add steaks and sear for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer pan to oven and cook for about 10 minutes (depending on thickness) or until steaks are cooked to desired doneness. Transfer steaks to a cutting board to rest.
- Heat remaining 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for about 7-10 minutes or until tender.
- Reduce heat to low. Add Black Peppercorn Marinade to skillet and toss mushrooms in sauce. Remove pan from heat. Stir in heavy cream and parsley.
- Slice steak and top with mushroom sauce.
