Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 (6 ounce) can boneless pork chop sliced
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 ounces gluten-free soba noodles prepared according to package directions

DIRECTIONS

  • In a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat Natural Grapeseed Oil.
  • Saute pork chop pieces for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through: 145 degrees F.
  • Add edamame and shredded carrots to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes until the carrots are slightly tender.
  • Stir in Teriyaki Sauce and bring to a simmer.
  • Toss with prepared soba noodles.
  • Serve hot.
