Smoked Cheddar Stuffed Chicken | Recipes With Chicken

This Smoked Cheddar Stuffed Chicken could not be any easier recipes with chicken to make, and is incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Cheddar & Tomato Blend
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8 x 4 inch baking pan. Stir together Smoked Cheddar & Tomato Blend and warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Stir mixture into cream cheese until throughly combined. Butterfly chicken breasts and pound out to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on top of chicken breasts. Cover cream cheese with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes
  • Roll each chicken breast tightly and place in baking pan seam-side down.
  • Drizzle with Natural Grapeseed Oil and season with black pepper.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until the center of the stuffed chicken is completely cooked through: 165 degrees F.
  • Serve sliced.
