Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients except ketchup to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
  • Thaw freezer bag completely before following the recipe. Grease a 9 x 5 inch pan and preheat oven to 400°F. Shape meat into loaf and place in the pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. Spread ketchup on top of the loaf. Bake an additional 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through: 165°F.
