- 1 bag So Quick & Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil divided
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Wildtree's Alfredo Extraordinaire (8.2 oz)
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare So Quick & Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough according to package directions using warm water and 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil.
- While dough is resting, heat remaining 1/2 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about 7-10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and chop.
- Add milk, butter, and Alfredo Extraordinaire to a separate saucepan. Heat over medium heat until butter is melted; whisk to combine. Remove pan from heat.
- Roll out dough to desired shape and place on a lightly greased sheet pan. Spread prepared Alfredo Extraordinaire over dough. Top with chicken, broccoli, and Parmesan cheese.
- Baked for 12-15 minutes or until dough is cooked through and cheese is melted.
