These grilled agave BBQ country pork ribs are the perfect food for a family get together or just a saturday at home or the park. Serve with a salad and your favourite drink and enjoy.

Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

  • Add ribs. 1/3 cup Cactus Pete's Agave BBQ Sauce, and Rodeo Rub to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
  • haw freezer bag completely before following the recipe. Preheat grill to high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Place ribs on top rack and grill for 5 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to lowest setting, and continue to cook ribs for about 2 ½-3 hours, rotating and basting the ribs with remaining 1/3 cup Cactus Pete’s Agave BBQ Sauce every 30 minutes until deeply caramelized and tender.
  • Serve as desired.
