Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks Neufchatel cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Blend

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate.
  • Use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  • Add pumpkin puree, vanilla, and Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Blend. Mix until completely combined.
  • Spread pumpkin cheesecake mixture over graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
