Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons S'mores Dessert Blend
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 12 marshmallows halved

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix together graham cracker crumbs and Organic Coconut Oil. Lightly grease a 24 cup mini muffin pan. Press about 1/2 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs into each mini muffin cup to form a crust. Beat together sugar and egg until thick and pale yellow. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and S'mores Dessert Blend in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to egg/sugar mixture along with melted butter and beat until combined. Divide mixture among graham cracker crusts.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool slightly. Remove desserts from pan and place on a sheet pan. Top each with half a marshmallow. Broil until marshmallows are golden brown.
