Ingredients

  • 1 bag Banana, Banana Bread Mix
  • 2 large egg lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup diced walnuts
  • 1/4 cup diced Medjool dates

DIRECTIONS

  • Switch on the oven to a temperature of 350 degrees F to preheat. Grease an 8 x 4-inch loaf sheet.
  • Take a medium-sized bowl and add all ingredients. Mix to form a smooth mixture. Put in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Insert a knife or toothpick in the centre of the bread; if it comes out clean, then it is ready.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
