Roasting California Garlic Kale Chips is amazing—the leaves turn from a dusty dark green to dark emerald with brown-tinged curly edges that crunch.

Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

  • Switch on the oven to a temperature of 425 degrees F to preheat.
  • Start by removing the tough stems from the kales and then you thoroughly wash the leaves.
  • Take a clean sheet pan and place the kales. Top the kales with the Organic Coconut Oil and California Style Garlic Pepper Blend. Ensure that the blend and oil are well massaged into the kales till they become evenly coated.
  • In a separate sheet pan, spread the kales in an even layer and then put in the oven.
  • To avoid clumping together of the leaves, turn the kales using a spatula after 5 minutes. Repeat this after every 5 minutes till the leaves become crispy.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Serve hot.
