These banana protein pancakes with chocolate chips are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Optimum Vegan Protein Blend
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hearty Oatmeal Mix-In: Sugar & Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend in vanilla shake mix, banana, hearty oatmeal mix-in: sugar and spice, eggs and baking powder until the mixture is smooth.
  • Fry organic coconut oil over average heat on a nonstick pan or skillet. The pan should be about 12inch.
  • Put in ¼ cup of batter on the pan.
  • Cook pancakes for about 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and well cooked
