- 2 scoops Vanilla Optimum Vegan Protein Blend
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 teaspoon Hearty Oatmeal Mix-In: Sugar & Spice
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil
- Blend in vanilla shake mix, banana, hearty oatmeal mix-in: sugar and spice, eggs and baking powder until the mixture is smooth.
- Fry organic coconut oil over average heat on a nonstick pan or skillet. The pan should be about 12inch.
- Put in ¼ cup of batter on the pan.
