  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with greased foil.
  • Toss all ingredients together and spread on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time, until vegetables are lightly browned and tender.
  • Serve hot.
