Ingredients

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dill Dip Blend

DIRECTIONS

  • Add cucumbers, cauliflower florets, carrots, and mustard seeds to a 32 ounce glass jar.
  • Add water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and Dill Dip Blend to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar.
  • Pour over vegetables in the glass jar. Seal jar and refrigerate overnight and up to 2 weeks.
