- 8 ears corn
- 3 tablespoons Mojo Sauce & Marinade
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean the grill grates before greasing them.
- Remove the shucks of the corn. Grill all sides for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly charred.
- Whisk the Mojo sauce and mayo together. Spread the mixture all over each of the grilled ear corns using a brush.
- Top each with cilantro and crumbled cheese.
