- 4 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire cooling rack on top.
- Slice tops from zucchini and discard. Slice each zucchini lengthwise into 4 wedges. Toss wedges with Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil, Parmesan cheese, and Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend.
- Transfer zucchini to the prepared sheet pan with wire rack. Bake for 15 minutes. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is browned.
