Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Alfredo Sauce Mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

  • Switch on the oven to a temperature of 400 degrees F to preheat. Place a sheet pan in the oven.
  • Clean and cut potatoes into wedges. Add to a large mixing bowl.
  •  Add Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, Alfredo Sauce Mix and salt. Mix to combine.
  •  Remove sheet pan from the oven using oven mitts. Lightly grease the hot sheet pan.
  •  Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in the sheet pan in one layer. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Flip, and cook for additional 15 minutes or until they are crispy.
  • Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, mustard, and lemon zest.
  • Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
  • Serve potatoes with the dipping sauce.
