  •  Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on a platter.
  • In a small saucepan, add Balsamic Vinegar. Let it boil. Lower the heat and bring to a simmer .Cook until balsamic vinegar is reduced to about 1-2 tablespoons.
  • Sprinkle the reduction over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  •  Garnish with fresh basil.

The salad is easy to prepare and within 15 minutes, you will be done. You only need to combine layer the cheese and the tomatoes before drizzling over the balsamic vinegar. To get the right thickness of the mozzarella, when purchasing, look for the packages marked with pre-sliced but not sliced. It helps in getting perfect size.
