Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple rings drained
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 yellow onion finely diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup Poco Picante Salsa Mix

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat grill to high heat. Switch on the grill to preheat on high.
  • Clean the grill grates before you oil them.
  • Grill slices of pineapple for 5 minutes flip halfway through cooking time.
  • Cut the grilled pineapple into smaller pieces.
  •   Toss with strawberries, cilantro, onion, lime juice, and Poco Picante Salsa Mix.
  • Chill till serving time.

Lighter colors and darker colors signify either under or overripe. If there's white coloration around the stem, or in the center of the berry, it means that it wasn't picked at peak ripeness. Color is more important than size.
