  • Add pork chops and Mojo Sauce & Marinade to a zip-top bag. Seal the bag and use your hands to coat the pork chops. Marinate for 2 hours.
  • Grill or saute pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side over medium heat until cooked through: 145 degrees F.
