Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 12 ounces green beans

DIRECTIONS

  • In a zip-top freezer bag, place all ingredients except green beans and freeze. Marinate for 1 hour or freeze for later use.
  • When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the bag and drain. Preheat grill to medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on the first side, flip, and grill for 3-5 minutes more or until chicken is cooked through: 165 degrees F.
  • Steam the green beans in a steamer basket for 2-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serve with chicken.
