- 6 (6 ounce) cod fillet
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
- 1 pound cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Rub
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- Add fish, Cajun Seasoning, and Organic Coconut Oil to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
- Thaw freezer bag completely before following the recipe. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan with greased foil. Place the fish fillets in the center of the prepared sheet pan. Arrange frozen cauliflower around the fish fillets and season with Montreal Steak Rub. Cover sheet pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until fish is cooked through: 145°F.
