  • 1 frozen puff pastry sheet thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Sherry Wine Jam
  • 2 firm red pears sliced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet out onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan
  • Fold the edges of the puff pastry over ½ inch to create a crust. Then press with fork tines to seal
  • Spread the sherry wine jam over the puff pastry. Layer pear slices over the jam
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until it appears golden brown
  • Slightly cool the Garnish with rosemary and cracked pepper. Drizzle with honey
