- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet thawed
- 2 tablespoons Sherry Wine Jam
- 2 firm red pears sliced
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet out onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan
- Fold the edges of the puff pastry over ½ inch to create a crust. Then press with fork tines to seal
- Spread the sherry wine jam over the puff pastry. Layer pear slices over the jam
- Bake for 20 minutes or until it appears golden brown
- Slightly cool the Garnish with rosemary and cracked pepper. Drizzle with honey
