  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dry quinoa
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup honey


  • Preheat oven to 325F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Toss oats, quinoa, nuts/seeds/fruit, Hearty Oatmeal Mix-In, and salt together in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Heat Organic Coconut Oil and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, or until completely melted and emulsified. Immediately pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir to combine, then spread into a flat layer on the lined sheet pan. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown and fragrant. *Nutritional information calculated with 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds and 1/2 cup dried cranberries.
