Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Chai Tea Mix
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Warm the coconut milk and Chai Tea Blend in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring consistently, until the sugar in the chai blend has dissolved.
  • Stir an ice cube into the mixture to cool it quickly, then combine prepared chai tea with the rest of the ingredients; serve over ice.
