- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup Taco Sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles drained
- 5 slices cheddar cheese
- 5 hamburger buns
- 5 leaves lettuce
- 1 avocado sliced
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, scallions, and cilantro.
- Combine the ground beef, corn chips, Taco Sauce, and green chilies.
