Sloppy Chili Dog is a homemade chilli easy lunch recipes that gives you chilli ideas you can use for lunch or dinner. You can use left over chilli for this one.

Sloppy Chili Dog are good, I added cheese to the top and they were a hit.

Cook Time: 40 mins

Servings: 15

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can no salt added petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce) can no salt added tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons Beef & Steak Seasoning
  • 15 hotdogs
  • 15 whole wheat hotdog buns
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

DIRECTIONS

  • Over medium high heat, heat a large pot.
  • Add the ground beef and saute until browned.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Beef & Steak Seasoning. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Remove cover and continue cooking for 10 minutes more or until chili has thickened. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare hot dogs. Serve cooked hot dogs in buns topped with prepared chili, shredded cheddar, and diced red onion.
