  • In a freezer bag, add all ingredients. Seal the bag properly before squeezing it to combine the ingredients. Put in the freezer.
  • Completely thaw the freezer bag before continuing with the recipe.
  • Switch on the oven to a temperature of 400 degrees F to preheat. Line a sheet pan using foil. Place the fillets on the lined baking sheet.
