Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 cup diced plum tomato
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 pita halved
  • 10 pitted Kalamata olives diced
  • 6 romaine lettuce

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and Italian Dressing Seasoning. Saute until turkey is browned and completely cooked through.
  • Remove from heat; fold in tomato, cucumber, feta, and olives.
  • Fill each pita with a leaf of lettuce and the turkey mixture.
