  • 1 teaspoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 small yellow onion chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery stalks
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Chicken Bouillon Soup Base
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 12 ounces cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup instant brown rice


  • In a 4 quart pot placed over medium heat, heat the Natural Grapeseed Oil. Stir in the onion, celery, and carrots. Fry until it softens a bit. Add water, Chicken Bouillon Soup Base, Cajun Seasoning, chicken, and rice. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is soft.
