  • 8 russet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Wildtree Wing Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro minced
  • 6 scallions thinly sliced


  • Switch on the oven to a temperature of 425 degrees F to preheat.
  •  Add potatoes, Natural Grapeseed Oil and black pepper to a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
  • Place the potatoes in one layer on a baking sheet.
  •  Bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for additional 10 minutes or until they become golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add Wildtree Wing Sauce, paprika, and blue cheese. Toss.
  •  Return the fries back on the sheet pan. Bake for 3 minutes or until the sauce and cheese is warm.
  • Garnish with cilantro and scallions.
