- 1/3 cup Wildtree's Organic Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 cup cooked diced corned beef
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup Natural Grapeseed Oil for frying
- Add Organic Ketchup, light mayonnaise, and dill relish in a bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, add corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and 3 tablespoons of the prepared sauce.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a working surface. At the centre, add 1/2 tablespoon of the corned beef filling.
- Fill water in a small bowl. Using a finger, wet the edges of one wonton wrapper. Fold into a triangular shape and press edges to seal.
- Repeat till all the 30 wonton wrappers are done.
- Fry the wontons on both sides until they become golden.
- Place on a towel lined plate.
- Serve with the remaining prepared sauce.
