DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F. Place all the chicken wings and the cornstarch in a large bowl and toss to coat. Line a baking pan with foil and coat with non-stick spray. Cook chicken wings on the middle rack for 20 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl whisk together the Hot Pepper Jelly and cider vinegar. Add the cooked wings and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
