- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Rub
- Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking tin with foil paper. Put a little grease on the foil or simply use your favorite cooking spray. Put the wings in a bowl and toss with the Montreal Steak Rub. Basically toss them in the bowl until they are covered in the rub. Transfer the wings to greased pan and spread in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flip using Scissor Stainless Steel Tongs and bake for another 20 minutes until the wings are browned and tender.
