  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. While the oven heats up, lay the chickpeas on the prepared sheet pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until dry but not too hot.
  • Remove from the oven, place in a mixing bowl, and toss with grapeseed oil.
  • Add the Cajun Seasoning, toss to coat, and lay out on the prepared sheet pan again.
  • Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crisp but not burnt.
