  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons natural grapeseed oil divided
  • 24 shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 lime zested


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sour cream and Poco Picante Salsa Mix; refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Lightly brush wontons with 1 tablespoon of Natural Grapeseed Oil. Arrange in a mini muffin pan. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  • Meanwhile, toss shrimp with remaining Natural Grapeseed Oil and Fajita Seasoning and saute over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • To assemble, fill each wonton cup with a small dollop of the sour cream mixture, a few arugula leaves, and a cooked shrimp. Garnish with lime zest.
