Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups natural grapeseed oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

  • Whisk together the Organic Ketchup, horseradish, Marinara Sauce Mix, and lemon juice. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
  • In a bowl whisk together the flour, cornstarch, Cajun Seasoning, salt, and baking powder until combined.
  • Add the water and whisk until smooth. Toss shrimp in the batter until completely coated.
  • Fry battered shrimp in Grapeseed Oil until golden brown. Serve with prepared cocktail sauce.
