Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare Pizza Dough according to package directions up to dough resting point. Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Stir in Sweet Onion Spread until completely combined. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Roll pizza dough out to fit in a lightly greased sheet pan. Cover the dough with shredded gruyere. Spread sauteed mushrooms over the entire dough and bake for about 12 minutes or until bottom of the pizza is golden brown. Garnish with chives and thyme.
