Loaded Buffalo Chicken Bread | Tasty Recipes Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) baguette
  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
  • 5 celery stalks diced
  • 2 large carrots shredded
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Wildtree Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 scallion sliced

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise down the middle and scoop out most of the inside of the loaf. Place the bread cut-side up on the prepared sheet pan and save excess bread for another use such as croutons or breadcrumbs. Toss the chicken, celery, carrots, salt, and Wing Sauce together in a large bowl until ingredients are coated and spread into the hollow bread halves.
  • Top filled bread with cheese and scallions. Bake for 15 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is lightly browned.
  • Serve as desired
