  • 6 large eggs hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped chicken
  • 3 tablespoons celery stalks minced
  • 1/4 cup light blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Blazin' Buffalo Blend


  • Peel the hard boiled eggs, cut in half length-wise. Carefully remove yolks and add to a small bowl along with chicken, celery, blue cheese dressing, and Blazin' Buffalo Blend; stir to combine.
  • Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and hot sauce if desired.
